The Private Journey is a deeply personalized experience with

8 one-on-one calls, tailored guidance, channeled notes, and extra spiritual support and guidance from Marisa. The Group Journey offers 6 group calls and shared growth and connection- with the option to add private sessions if needed.

Plan for 90-minute calls (bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your journey) and 1-2 hours in between to complete your Soulwork. The more you put in, the greater your transformation.

You can upgrade your experience at anytime with add-ons like private sessions, additional guidance questions, or channeled feedback notes for deeper insight.

This is your running workbook, a step-by-step guide through the ASCEND process, with journaling prompts, exercises, and space for self-reflection to help you integrate the work. I thoroughly read through all that you write so I can fully invest myself into your journey with you and understand exactly how I can help and empower you.

For this type of deep work, intimacy matters. Smaller groups allow for meaningful sharing, genuine support, and space for me to offer personalized 1:1 mentorship within the group setting. I intentionally keep each cohort to a maximum of 4 participants to ensure a powerful and connected experience for everyone involved.

As a graduate of the program, you'll walk away with all the tools and materials you need to continue the process on your own—again and again—at your own pace. This means you can keep clearing patterns, beliefs, habits, and fears that stand between you and the success you’re after. Plus, you’ll receive lifetime access to the self-paced ASCEND Journey launching in 2026, giving you ongoing support and clear direction whenever you choose to revisit the work we did together.

All sales for this product are final, and sessions are non-transferable. This is deep, transformational work, and I take it seriously. The ASCEND Journey is not a substitute for therapy or clinical mental health treatment. For Group Journeys, they are recorded, so you can catch up on any missed content at your convenience. However, I highly recommend making your schedule a priority so you can attend every session live. The energy and experience of being present in the moment can't be fully captured in a recording.

For Private Journeys, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule a session. I’ll generally be checking in with you between sessions, but failure to reschedule or a no-show will result in forfeiting that session. In such cases, additional sessions will need to be purchased in order to complete your journey.
