WHO AM I?
We’ve all got a story to tell, and mine unfolds with hidden elements that revealed the extraordinary power I possess to heal and transform my entire being. My past has been marked by a painful history of abuse encompassing narcissistic, mental, emotional, sexual, and physical. But it was through these trials and turbulent relationships and an unaligned 13-year career that the Universe desperately begged for my attention loud and clear—to truly hear and honour the gifts and voice I was born to use. Amidst battles and patterns of unworthiness, toxic entanglements, and self-medicative coping habits, I found myself navigating through a profound darkness that ultimately illuminated the very essence of light I needed in order to realign and re-design my entire life and identity.

Over the past 5 years of deep transformative work, soul-searching, and a hell of a lot of self-healing, I’ve crafted a unique process that allowed me to become a master at recognizing and disrupting the patterning and programming that had kept me on auto-pilot and trapped in cycles of frustration and disempowerment for far too long.
As my life continued to change for the better and blossom into a reality beyond my wildest dreams, it became very clear to me that what I had discovered truly works, and I was meant to share it with others, empowering them to embrace their highest purpose too.
Today, I help clients across the globe through my signature program ASCEND and teach them how to crack the code into their own subconscious so they may unlock the life they came here to live. As the Earth continues to evolve and ASCEND, so must we, and I’ve streamlined the process, making it easy for you to learn, digest, and master, so you can finally starting living as the person you were destined to be.
I've got a big mission to fill here in this lifetime, and I couldn't be more blessed to be doing what I do, and helping others become who they truly came here to be.

MY OLD IDENTITY
- Struggled with ongoing heartbreak, loneliness, unworthiness, toxic entanglements, and self-sabotaging patterns and unhealthy coping mechanisms
- Battled severe abandonment and codependency issues - crippled by anxiety and the fear of being unloved, unwanted, and alone
- Numbed any pain, triggers, and intuitive nudges with distractions, self-harm, acceptance of abuse and addictive behaviours
- Felt small, misunderstood, and unable to fully trust and love myself and my body
- Conformed to societal norms and pursued a misaligned 13-year career
- Suppressed my voice, my power and my intuitive abilities while accepting disrespect and harm from others
- Caught in victim mentality from various forms of abuse, including narcissistic, mental, emotional, sexual, and physical
- Constantly accommodating to the needs and wants of others at the sacrifice of my own well-being

- In 2023 I took a leap of faith and moved to Tenerife, Spain for the most amazing (and transformational) year of my life yet, and soon after, moved my life to my ultimate dream destination: Paris, France!
- I have a serious sweet-tooth, but am always working on finding and maintaining healthy balances in life
- Quality Time is my #1 Love Language in all relationships
- Music + movement are my fave healing modalities
- I'm obsessed with home decor, organization, and rearranging rooms for that perfect Feng Shui vibe
- My biggest pet peeves are chronic complainers and when people don't follow through on their word
- I love my alone time to recharge and deepen my self-connection
- I've become an excellent Manifestor—I can attract anything when I set my mind to it
- I'm a firm believer in fate and in the power of positive thinking. Our thoughts truly create our reality!
- My most painful romantic connection became one of my life's greatest teachers— wisdom galore!
- Kindness is the key to my heart and I love watching videos on acts of kindness and love! They make me cry.
- I'm on a mission to explore the world—no stone shall be left unturned!
- I love giving back and always try to carry spare change for the homeless - my 10 cents could be the difference in someone eating today
- Breaking free from my pattern of co-dependency (with everything) has been an incredibly liberating feeling!
- I strongly believe that by genuinely mastering the lesson of solitude, you unlock a profound level of love that eludes many in life. Often, we distract ourselves with relationships and obligations, but when we truly embrace and navigate through moments of loneliness, we tap into an extraordinary depth of love.
